Where everyone is someone and
JESUS IS EVERYTHING!

"And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?  And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house." - Acts 16:30-31

What must I do to be saved?

Problem of Man - Sin

Because we have been born into Adam's family we are born with sin.  As such we are sinners and therefore we sin naturally.  It is our nature by birth to sin.

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." - Romans 3:23

"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:" - Romans 5:12

Penalty of Sin - Death/Hell

There is a payment for sin.  That payment is death: physically and spiritually.  Death is not a termination but separation.  Physical death is a separation of your soul and spirit from your body.  Spiritual death is a separation of your soul from God.  The end of a physical death is the graveyard but the end of a spiritual death is Hell and then the Lake of Fire.

"For the wages of sin is death,..." - Romans 6:23a

"And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire.  This is the second death."- Revelation 20:14

Provision for Sin - Jesus Christ

Because of God's love for mankind He sent Jesus to die for our sins and Jesus came to die for our sins.  This was accomplished 2,000 years ago at a hill called Calvary.

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." - Romans 5:8

"...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Chrsit our Lord." - Romans 6:23b

Promise of Salvation - Whosoever will call upon the Lord

If you see yourself as a sinner without any way out of your sin, willing to repent for your sin and you realize that Jesus Christ is the ONLY way of salvation by grace through faith, then you are ready to come to Christ for salvation.

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."        - Romans 10:9

"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." - Romans 10:13

Prayer of Salvation

It is when we call on the Lord Jesus Christ and accept Him as our salvation that we can receive Him as our salvation.  Would you like to call upon the name of the Lord for salvation?  He is the way, the truth and the life and no man can see the kingdom of God except ye be "born again."

"And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner." - Luke 18:13

Example of a broken heart over sin that desires Jesus for salvation...

Dear Jesus, I confess I am a sinner and apart from you I realize that my end destination is Hell.  I want to turn from my sin and fully trust on you, Jesus Christ, as my way of Eternal life.  I can never do enough good to earn salvation; therefore, I now through faith believe on you and receive you, Jesus Christ, as my personal Saviour.  I believe you died on the cross and rose from the dead to forgive me of my sins and go give me Eternal Life.  Come into my heart and life and save me from Death and Hell.  Thank you, Jesus, for saving me as you promised.  AMEN!

f you prayed this prayer or a similar prayer of salvation and accepted Jesus Christ as your ONE and ONLY Saviour, then you have the promise of eternal life through Him.

"These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God." - 1John 5:13
